General Booking Policies

  1. To inquire for a consultation/tattoo appointment please fill out a booking form on the appointments page. Make sure to fill out the form completely and send a separate email and attach relevant reference photos.

  2. All appointments require a $200 cash only deposit. The deposit is applied to the final cost of the tattoo. If the tattoo requires multiple sessions the deposit will be rolled over to hold the last appointment.

  3. If you are from out of town, a virtual consultation is available. Deposits for traveling clients may be payed via Zelle or Venmo.

  4. All payments for tattoos are cash only.

  5. Rough estimates can be given for tattoo projects, but due to the diversity of each project be prepared to pay more or less than the approximated estimate. If you on a strict budget please let your artist know and you can plan around that.

  6. The shop minimum is $150 and the hourly rates are dependent on the artist. Please refer to artist pages for more specifics.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

  1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment. This deposit guarantees your spot and goes toward the final cost of your tattoo.

    If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours notice. With this notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date one time only.

    If you reschedule more than once, a new deposit will be required, and your original deposit will be forfeited.

    Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes with less than 72 hours’ notice.

  2. If you arrive and the area to be tattooed is sunburned/scratched/scraped you will need to be rescheduled and a new deposit will be required. Please notify your artist at least 72 hours before your appointment or your original deposit will be forfeit.

  3. Please arrive at the time of or 5-10 minutes before your appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your deposit will be voided. You may or may not still be able to get your tattoo that day depending on the artist’s schedule but the deposit will be void to make up for the wasted time.

Things to know before your tattoo appointment

  1. Make sure you are well rested the day/night before your tattoo.

  2. Refrain from drinking alcohol for 24 hours prior to your tattoo.

  3. We do not tattoo anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding for safety concerns.

  4. Bring snacks/water for long sessions as well as headphones.

  5. Designs will not be sent out early to be viewed. You will be able to see your design the day of your appointment and any minor changes that need to be made will be done that day.
